  • K-12 meal delivery

  • CACFP-compliant and USDA-certified meal solutions

  • Adult and community meal programs

  • Catering and other customized food services

2. Booking and Payments

  • Clients can book services through our website, phone, or email.

  • Payment terms, including amounts and methods, will be agreed upon in the client contract.

  • Payments may be collected through Wix, QuickBooks, or similar platforms.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellations, refunds, or changes to services are handled on a case-by-case basis as outlined in your signed contract.

3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth delivery of services, clients must:

  • Provide accurate contact information and timely responses.

  • Grant access to facilities as needed for service fulfillment.

4. Liability

  • Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, supply chain disruptions, or other events beyond our control.

  • We comply with USDA and CACFP standards for nutritional content and service delivery.

  • Additional liability limitations will be outlined in the client contract.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Kitchen Express Solutions, including menus, branding, and related assets, are the sole property of Kitchen Express Solutions.

6. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services under circumstances such as:

  • Late or non-payment

  • Failure to comply with agreed-upon terms

  • Misuse of services

Specific termination terms are outlined in the signed contract.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and applicable USDA/CACFP standards and regulations.
